When will the monthly bonus be credited to my bank account?

Monthly bonus will be paid to eligible ABO's bank account on every 13th of the Month. Yearly bonus will be also paid to eligible to ABO's after closing of the performance year.

โ— If you do not receive your bonus after the 13th of the month, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Invalid IC Number: Ensure that your valid IC number is updated. The IC number registered in the Amway must match the IC number registered with your bank account.

2. Invalid Bank Account: This could be due to an account issue, such as a closed account, no account, account unable to be located, invalid account number, frozen account, non-transaction account, dormant account, or credit entry refused by the receiver. Please check with your bank to resolve this and re-update a valid bank account number latest by last calendar day of the month.

3. Negative Bonus: Negative Bonus arises due to the bonus earned is insufficient to pay off the defaulted EPP instalments or previous months bonus adjustments and etc. Ensure that there are no outstanding payments before the last day of the month.

4. Rules Violation: If there has been a violation of Amway rules, please contact the Amway Business Conduct & Rules team for further assistance.
