ii) Email address
iii) Mailing/Billing address
iv) Preferred language
v) Preferred name (This name will be used to address them in communication channels such as email)

However, to amend the following information:

i) Name
ii) NRIC/Identification number
iii) Ethnicity/Race
iv) Gender
v) Date of birth
