  • i. What is On-Site Services?

    Amway Malaysia now offers a new on-site repair service in which personnel from
    Amway’s Authorised Service provider SAS will come to your home or office to repair
    your durable product(s). On-site service is now available Nationwide across Malaysia.
    Types of On-Site Services:
    • On-site services include Air & Water Treatment Systems servicing and repairing,
    with parts if required.
    • Installation includes setting up the unit out of the box, pairing apps, and providing
    unit guidance – excluding electrical, coring, hacking and drilling; additional charges
    apply.

    ii. Can anyone request for On-Site Services & what are your On-Site operating hours?

    Available for Amway Business Owner (ABOs), Amway Privilege Customer (APCs)
    and Product Owner.
    * Pre-payment of service charges must be made before the appointment can be confirmed.

    iii. How soon can I get an appointment with a technician?

    • The On-Site Service technician will contact you to make the arrangement.

    • If you request for an appointment after 12.00 pm, the earliest appointment will be scheduled on the next available business day. (depending on the availability of the date and slot selected)

    v. What are the coverage areas for On-Site Services?

    * Long-distance fees will be charged for distances exceeding 50km from the nearest Amway shop location.
    * Island charges will apply based on estimated travel costs.

    vi. Who is S.A.S (Services Alliance Solutions)

    – Amway’s Authorised On-Site Services Provider?
    S.A.S is now officially a standalone last-mile service delivery and installation specialist. They boast extensive experience and a strong track record of delivering exceptional work, having partnered with major industry players such as Samsung and Harvey Norman. With many years of experience in the industry, they possess the knowledge and skills to provide top-notch services.

    vii. What is the warranty period for Out-of-Warranty Repairs?
    A specific repair warranty accompanies the completed repaired product. For Air & Water Treatment System products, a 3-month repair warranty is offered for the replaced parts, starting from the date of collection. For Catalogue products, the vendor will provide a 3-month repair warranty for the repaired parts.

    viii. What is the mode of notification?
    Notification will be sent via Calls, WhatsApp, or text messages for the scheduling of
    appointments, quotation and payment links, or the completion of repair and the
    collection of unit(s).

    ix. What are your payment modes for Walk-In and On-Site services?
    Credit/Debit Card: We accept AMEX, VISA or Mastercard only. A link will be provided for you to proceed with the payment. All payment must be made upon or before collection of your unit.

    x. What should I bring for the collection of unit(s)?
    Please present the original Repair Service Receipt for the collection of your unit(s). Amway Malaysia will release the unit(s) only upon the presentation of the Repair Service Receipt. If by chance you misplaced the Service Receipt, you must provide a copy of your NRIC during collection. Otherwise, Amway Malaysia reserves the right to retain the unit(s).

    xi. What happens to uncollected units?
    All repaired unit(s) must be collected within 3 months from the date of collection
    notification. Amway Malaysia reserves the right to dispose the uncollected unit(s) within 90 days, without any prior notice.
