To trace your downline orders, please follow the steps below

Step 1: Go to Amway's website.

Malaysia: https://www.amway.my

Singapore: https://www.amway.sg

Brunei: https://www.amway.com.bn

Login to the website by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner.

Step 2: Click on the Menu icon.

Step 3: Select Business Centre.

Step 4: Click on the Mobile Business Dashboard.

Step 5: Select Downline Order Tracking.

Step 6: This report enables the upline to track all orders made by their downlines.

a. Search bar and filter option.

b. Downline's details.

c. Click to view downline's order(s).

d. Click to view more details on that particular order.
