To check your downline's membership expiry status, please follow the steps below
Step 1: Go to Amway's website.
Malaysia: https://www.amway.my
Singapore: https://www.amway.sg
Brunei: https://www.amway.com.bn
Login to the website by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner.
Step 2: Click on the Menu icon.
Step 3: Select Business Centre.
Step 4: Click on the Mobile Business Dashboard.
Step 5: Select Renewal Reminder & Convert APC to ABO.
Step 6: Renewal reminder - View expiring downline memberships that are eligible for renewal and offer further support.
a) Search bar and filter option.
b) Renewal Reminder or Convert APC to ABO tab.
c) ABO/APC details with membership expiry date.
d) Request consent to renew downline membership on behalf via WhatsApp, SMS or Email list.
e) Option to view downline sponsor details and contact via WhatsApp or call.
