Badges are earned by completing various activities throughout the KITA platform. As a user, you can go to your profile, click on your ‘My Badge(s)’ page and click on each badge to find out which activities you need to complete to earn each respective badge.

No, once you have earned a badge, the badge belongs to you indefinitely.

Go to your profile page and click on your ‘My Badge(s)’ page.

After earning a badge, go to your ‘My Badge(s)’ page and click on the badge and a share button will be visible. Click on the share button and a pop-up providing options of where you may want to share your badge will appear. You can only share badges that you have earned, and your profile will be visible when sharing your badges.

No, there is no limit to how many points you can earn daily/weekly and no, your points do not expire regardless of how you earned them.

Go to your profile, click on your ‘My Point(s)’ page and a ‘Redeem’ button will be visible and clickable. Click it and you will be directed to a page where you can redeem your points for profile frames that are available.

Yes, click on the edit icon next to your profile name and the option to edit profile frames will be available to you. You can choose to remove any profile frames from your profile or to apply a different profile frame.

Your profile frames will only be visible to you and your team members through the leaderboard.

No, once you have redeemed a profile frame, it belongs to you indefinitely.
