The I-Authorisation process allows your upline to perform actions on your behalf, such as:

  • Renewing your ABO or APC membership
  • Using eCoupon on behalf

Make sure to follow the steps carefully to complete the process and send the required authorisation to your upline.

 

2. Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Login and Access the Form

  • Login to the Amway Website and scroll down to the homepage.
  • Click on “LEARN MORE” in the I-Authorisation Forms section.

 

Step 2: Select the I-Authorisation Form

  • Select "CLICK HERE" on I-Authorisation Form (Upline to Careline) forms.

 

Step 3: Acknowledge the Terms

  • Select “I ACKNOWLEDGE” to agree to the terms and conditions.

 

Step 4: Proceed to the Next Step

  • Click on the icon at the top right to proceed with the next step.

 

Step 5: Send the I-Authorisation to Your Upline

  • Click on "Send I-Authorisation to my sponsor".

 

Step 6: Template to WhatsApp

  • You will be redirected to WhatsApp automatically. Select your upline’s contact from your contact list and send the template message by adding your details along with your upline’s information.

 

3. Next Steps for Upline:

  • Step 1: You will receive an authorisation message via WhatsApp from your downline for you to either:
  1. Renew their ABO or APC membership
  2. Use the Credit Voucher on their behalf

Please do not delete the message.
 

  • Step 2: To proceed, please send the message to Amway Customer Careline 013 767 3603 for us to enable the consent.

 

3. Troubleshooting / FAQs

  • Q: How long will it take to enable the consent request after I send it to the Customer Careline?
    A: It will take 1-2 calendar days (excluding public holidays).
     
  • Q: Can I use my downline’s eCoupon or renew their membership immediately after sending the request?
    A: No, you will need to wait for 1-2 calendar days for the request to be processed before you can use the eCoupon or renew their membership.
