What is Negative Bonus?

Negative bonus arises due to one of the following reasons:

1. EPP order default: Bonus earned is insufficient to pay off the defaulted EPP instalments. Kindly ensure that there are no outstanding payments before the last day of the month.

2. Bonus Adjustment: Bonus earned is insufficient to pay off previous month’s bonus adjustment due to order returns.
