To reset your Amway ID password, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to Amway's website.

Malaysia: https://www.amway.my

Brunei: https://www.amway.com.bn

Click on the log in icon and click on Login.

Step 2: Click on Forgot Password?

Step 3: Enter your Amway ID (Username) & Click on Continue.

Step 4: Select your preferred options (Email Address or Mobile Number) to receive the verification code & click on Send Code.

Step 5: Enter the verification code and click on Verify.

Step 6: Enter your new password & click on Reset Password.

Password requirements:

*At least 8 characters

*Contains at least 1 letter 

*Contains at least 1 number

Step 7: Your password has been successfully reset.
