Why do I see the message “We Found Your Account” when creating Amway ID?

If you see the message “We Found Your Account”, it means an Amway ID has already been created and linked to your membership account.


The screen will display the following information:

  • Person Name – The name of membership applicant registered for the account.
  • Amway ID – The login ID(s) that already linked to the account. This may be your email address or mobile number.
  • Status – The current status of Amway ID.

Since an Amway ID already exists, you do not need to create a new one. Please log in using Amway ID shown on the screen.
