Step 1: Go to Amway's website.

Malaysia: https://www.amway.my

Brunei: https://www.amway.com.bn

Login to the website by clicking on the login icon in the top right corner.

Step 2: Select Order History.

Step 3: Click on Processing tab and find your order number.

Step 4: Select the order you wish to amend the delivery address.

Step 5: Select Delivery Details. 

Step 6: Click on the Edit.

*The 1-hour time frame counter that allows one to change the address can be found in the delivery address field.

Step 6: There are 2 options to change the delivery address:

Option 1: Edit existing address

i) Enter the postcode for the new address.

ii) Update the remainder of the address fields and click on the Save button.

***Only addresses within the same delivery area is allowed. You will see the following error message if you entered an address that is not within the same delivery area.

Option 2: Choose from the Address Book

Select address from the dropdown list & click Save button. In the dropdown list, only address(es) within the same delivery area is enabled for selection. 

An email notification will be sent after the address has been successfully changed.

Step 6: There are 2 options to change the delivery address:

Option 1: Edit existing address

A) Enter the postal code for the new address.

B) Update the remainder of the address fields and click on the Save button.

***Only addresses within the same delivery area is allowed. If you can't select it, you may cancel the order and re-order with correct shipping address.

Option 2: Choose from the Address Book

Select address from the dropdown list & click Save button. In the dropdown list, only address(es) within the same delivery area is enabled for selection. 

An email notification will be sent after the address has been successfully changed.
