How to update my bonus bank account? [Joint Applicant]

To update your bank account information, please follow the steps below:

⚠️ Note: To complete the bank account update, you will need to receive an OTP. Please ensure that the email address and phone number registered with Amway are valid to successfully receive the OTP. For joint accounts, separate OTPs will be sent to both the Applicant and co-Applicant.

[Joint account]

  • Step 1: Go to Amway's website.

    Malaysia: https://www.amway.my

    Brunei: https://www.amway.com.bn

    Login to the website by clicking on the login icon in the top right corner.

    Step 2: Click Profile Icon and select My Account.

    Step 3: Click on Payment Management and select Payment - Bank Account.

    Step 4: Click on Configure Bank Account.

    Step 5: Select your desire Account Type checkbox.

    Step 6: Fill in your bank information, Tick the Terms & Conditions checkbox and click on Save.

    Step 7: Select Mobile or Email to receive the OTP validation for Primary Applicant account user and click Send OTP.

    Note: [First One Time Password (OTP) will send to Primary Applicant]

    Step 8: Enter the verification code and click on Next.

    Step 9: Select Mobile or Email to receive the OTP validation for Co-applicant account user and click Send OTP..

    Note: [Second One Time Password (OTP) will send to Secondary Applicant]

    Step 10: Enter the verification code and click on Next.

    Step 11: The bank account has been successfully saved in your account.

  • Step 1: Go to Amway's website.

    Singapore: https://www.amway.sg

    Login to the website by clicking on the login icon in the top right corner.

    Step 2: Click Profile Icon and select My Account.

    Step 3: Click on Payment Management and select Payment - Bank Account.

    Step 4: Click on Configure Bank Account.
