  • Expired eCoupons will not be reactivated.

  The ABO Renewal Programme for Performance Year 2026 (PY2026) offers two renewal options:

  (Option 1): Free Renewal via ALP Subscription

   

  Q: What is the free renewal option in PY2026 about?

  A: The free renewal option allows eligible ABOs to renew their membership at no cost. To qualify, you must subscribe to the Amway Loyalty Programme (ALP) during Performance Year 2026 (1 Sep 2025 – 31 Aug 2026) and ensure that your subscription remains active during your membership expiry month.

   

  Q: When will the free renewal take effect if I subscribe to the ALP in PY2026? A: The free renewal applies during your membership expiry month, provided your ABOship has not already been renewed.

   

  Q: Am I still eligible for free renewal if my ABOship has expired?

  A: No, you are not eligible for free renewal if your ABOship has expired. However, you can manually renew your ABOship during the late renewal grace period with a RM20 renewal fee. Once renewed, you will receive an eCoupon worth RM25/B$13.

   

  Q: I have subscribed for auto-renewal and my ABOship will expire on 31 Oct 2025. I also subscribed to the ALP on 15 Aug 2025. Will I be eligible for the free renewal option?

  A: No, the free renewal programme is only available to ABOs who subscribe to the ALP in PY2026.

   

  Q: I subscribed to the ALP on 6 Dec 2025, then proceeded with manual renewal of my ABOship as it will expire on 31 Dec 2025. Will I still be eligible for the free renewal option?

  A: No, in this case, you will not be eligible for the free renewal option. However, you will receive an eCoupon worth RM25/B$13 for completing the manual renewal.

  Q: What rewards do I receive for manual or auto renewal in PY2026?

  A: Whether you choose manual or auto renewal in PY2026, you will receive an eCoupon worth RM25/B$13, which can be redeemed with a minimum purchase of RM250/B$130.

   

  Q: Where can I find my active eCoupon/s?

  A: You can log in to www.amway.my or www.amway.com.bn to find your eCoupons. Go to: My Account Payment Management Coupon & Voucher Management.

   

  Q: My downline's ABOship expired on 31 August 2025 (before PY2026). Will they be eligible for a product eCoupon if I perform group renewal?

  A: Yes, your downline ABOs will be eligible for an eCoupon worth RM25/B$13 if their membership is renewed during the late renewal grace period (6 months after membership expired).

   

• Amway Business Owner [ABO] Annual Renewal

  Renew your ABOship for only S$10! 
  

  After renewal, you will be entitled to an eCoupon worth S$10 to use for any orders with a minimum total order value of S$10 within 60 days from renewal.

  Terms & Conditions

  • The S$10 eCoupon expires on the last day of the month in which the 60th day falls. 
  • The S$10 eCoupon is redeemable against a minimum total purchase order of S$10 
  (inclusive of GST). 
  • The eCoupon can be used for walk-in and online order, and on PV item only.
  • Expired eCoupon will not be reactivated.
  • All eCoupons are inclusive of GST.
