Who is eligible to subscribe to SOP?
Both Amway Singapore Amway Business Owner (ABO) and Amway Privilege Customer (APC) are eligible to subscribe to SOP.
APC will be limited to 6ea per SKU per day as per their total subscription plans.
I am a Malaysia ABO, but I work and stay in Singapore, can I subscribe to SOP plans in Singapore?
Malaysia ABO who had activated their business activity in Singapore and have a residential address in Singapore, may subscribe to SOP plans in Singapore.
How does the Smart Ordering Programme (SOP) work?
Choose your base solution and optional add on product(s). The registered credit/debit card will be charged automatically every month. The SOP order will be delivered to the address registered in your SOP Profile.
Each SOP subscription cycle is 6 months. In Cycle 1 Month 6, receive an Amway Product
eCoupon that is 100% worth in value based on the subscribed SOP plan AP value. With
continuous subscription in Cycle 2 and onwards Month 6, receive an Amway Product eCoupon that is 120% worth in value based on the subscribed SOP plan AP value.
The eCoupon can be used for the next purchase with no minimum purchase required and it is not applicable on SOP orders. Validity of the eCoupon is 60 days from issue. BV and PV will be reduced accordingly at redemption of eCoupon.
How do I subscribe to the Smart Ordering Programme (SOP)?
login to www.amway.sg > Smart Ordering Programme > Select your solution from the product listing page > Choose add on products (optional) > Create your profile > Choose your preferred processing date > Register & Pay with your credit/ debit Card > Enjoy free delivery to your doorstep every month. > In Month 6 of each cycle, receive Amway Product eCoupon (Cycle 1 - 100% eCoupon; Cycle 2 and onwards - 120% eCoupon).
Once you subscribe to the SOP, the SOP products will be set up for automatic re-purchase for 6 months.
Do I have to achieve minimum purchase amount of $120 to receive free delivery for SOP subscription?
No. You will enjoy free delivery with any SOP subscription.
Will my card be charged for 6 months (full plan payment) in one single transaction once I am subscribed to SOP?
No. Your card will only be charged monthly when you subscribe to the SOP programme but your first month payment must be successful for the programme to continue. There are NO one-off payment(s).
Can I create more than one SOP profile?
Yes, you can create more than one SOP profile, with different processing date, different
credit/debit card details and/or different delivery address for each of the profile. Just make sure you do not use the same profile name, same processing date, same credit/ debit card details and same delivery address that has been used to create other profiles.
Can I change my subscribed solution and add on products during the duration of the programme?
No. Once you have successfully subscribed to the programme, and once the programme has started, you will not be able to make changes to the selected solution and add on products including the quantity.
Is there any maximum quantity that I can add for the add on products?
You can select up to 2 quantities per SKU item for each SOP profile.
Will my SOP plan auto-renew once my cycle has come to an end?
Yes, the Auto Renewal feature is set by default during your subscription to SOP so that your subscription will auto-renew upon the end of your SOP cycle. This way, you do not have to worry about missed re-orders.
Can I cancel my SOP after I have subscribed?
Yes, you can cancel your subscribed SOP anytime (at least 2 days prior to the card charging date for the next order cycle). Any cancellations will result in disqualification of all your future SOP offers/incentives. The new SOP subscription will start from Cycle 1 Month 1.
Can I deactivate the SOP Auto-Renew Subscription?
Yes, you may “uncheck” the box next to the Auto- Renew Subscription option before you create your profile and subscriptions.
To deactivate Auto-Renew for on-going subscription:
Step 1: My Account tab (the tab with your name)
Step 2: My SOP
Step 3: My SOP Profiles
Step 4: Click on the profile that you wish to view
Step 5: Click on Details on the SOP line/product that you wish to deactivate
Step 6: Uncheck the Auto-Renew Subscription box when you are in the product details page.
