How to apply for EPP

To apply for EPP facility, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click Business Centre

 

Step 2: Click Mobile Business Dashboard

 

Step 3: Select Payment Plan Management

 

Step 4: Select Apply for EPP Facility

 

Step 5: Ensure all information is correct

 

Step 6: Tick the Terms & Conditions box and click Next

 

Step 7: Choose a platform to receive your OTP and click Send OTP


⚠️ Note: For joint accounts, both the primary applicant and the co-applicant are required to complete the OTP verification.

 

Step 8: OTP received on Email or Mobile (WhatsApp)

 

Step 9: Enter OTP

 

Step 10: EPP application successful

 

Step 11: Received email on your EPP application. Follow instructions to grant CTOS consent and complete your EPP application. {Applicable for MY only}

⚠️ Note: For joint accounts, both the primary applicant and the co-applicant are required to provide consent for EPP application
