BEFORE YOU START

Make sure you:​

  • Charge the device fully (green light should appear).​
  • Use the original USB-C cable and adapter provided.​
  • Apply Boosting Gel before Skin Fitness treatment.

 

Do's Don'ts
Do a patch test before using the product Avoid the eye area, nose, philtrum,
mouth and thyroid (middle of the neck)
After treatment, turn off the device and wipe with a soft cloth or wet tissue Do not use together with the Polishing Mask, ARTISTRY LABS, Aquabrasion,
Dermasonic & any facial scrub
Sanitize the device in the cradle Do not repeat treatment on the same
spot
Best to keep the device in the cradle if you have finished your treatment Do not operate Skin Fitness without the Boosting Gel
Turn the device off before charging Do not rinse with or submerge the device
in water
  Do not use the device on pregnant or
breastfeeding women, people with facial
implants and eczema

​STARTING YOUR DEVICE​

1. Powering On​

  • Twist the head 180° counter-clockwise until you hear a click.​
  • A short beep will sound, and the screen will light up.

 

2. While Charging​

  • Red LED = charging, Green LED = fully charged.​
  • Blue UV light will turn on when the device is placed on the cradle.

 

3. During Use​

  • Apply Boosting Gel before starting.​
  • Hold the device on each spot for ~6 seconds until a beep is heard.​
  • Treatment stops automatically after 50 shots (Skin Fitness) or 90 seconds (Skincare mode).

 

4. Powering Off​

  • Twist the head 180° clockwise until it clicks.​
  • Clean with soft cloth or wet tissue after use.​
  • Store in the cradle.

 

⚠️Notes: Rotate the head only until you feel it click into place (approximately 180 degrees). Do not force it past this point as it is not designed for 360-degree rotation.

 

HOW TO SAFELY REMOVE THE CORE HEAD​

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Steps:​

  • 1. Press both side buttons simultaneously to release the Core Head.​
    This prevents damage to the connector pins.​
  • 2. Gently pull the Core Head straight off.​
    Make sure both sides are detached evenly to avoid tilting or forcing.​
  •  

    🔹DEVICE WON'T TURN ON

    • Is the device fully charged?​
    • Have you twisted the head 180° counterclockwise to power on?​

    Try this:​

    1. Charge device directly (not via cradle) using original cable.​
    2. Twist the head 180° until you hear a click.​
    3. Remove the Core Head and turn on again to check if the sound (ring-ring) plays.​

    If still not working:​

    1. Contact our Call Center to apply for a Lot No. for checking and repair. OR​

    🔹DEVICE NOT CHARGING

    • Are you using the original USB-C cable?​
    • Is the LED light on while charging?​

    Try this:​

    1. Plug the cable directly into the device​
    2. If using the cradle, make sure it's seated properly​

    If still not working:​

    1. Contact our Call Center to apply for a Lot No. for checking and repair. OR​

    🔹DEVICE NOT CHARGING (WITH CRADLE)​

    • Are you using the original USB-C cable? ​
    • Is the blue UV light on while charging?​

    Try this:​

    1. Connect the USB-C cable to the cradle and place the device on it. Make sure it's seated properly​

    If still not working:​

    1. Contact our Call Center to apply for a Lot No. for checking and repair. OR​
    2. Visit the nearest store for on-site checking and repair.​ [Click here to locate a store - Malaysia / Singapore / Brunei]

    Notes:​

    • Use a certified USB-C cable (C-to-C or A-to-C) and a 5V/2A adapter for safe charging. While high-speed charging accessories are supported, the charging speed will remain standard. For best performance, use the original cable and adapter provided.

     

     🔹SKIN FITNESS NOT WORKING PROPERLY​

    • Did you apply Boosting Gel before using the device?​
    • Are you keeping the device on each spot for 6 seconds?​
    • Are you hearing a beep after each treatment spot?​

    Try this:​

    • Reapply Boosting Gel​
    • Restart the treatment mode​
    • Check if device switches to "Vitamin C & Skincare Mode" properly​

    If still not working:​

    1. Contact our Call Center to apply for a Lot No. for checking and repair. OR​
    2. Visit the nearest store for on-site checking and repair. [Click here to locate a store - Malaysia / Singapore / Brunei]

     

    🔹DEVICE IS BEEPING OR VIBRATING UNUSUALLY

    Possible causes:​

    • Head not attached properly​
    • Device is overheating or not cleaned​

    Try this:​

    • Remove the head and clean both ends​
    • Let the device rest for 5 minutes before retrying​
    • Make sure Boosting Gel is not expired​

    If still not working:​

    1. Contact our Call Center to apply for a Lot No. for checking and repair. OR​
