4. How does the UV sanitisation work?

An ultraviolet lamp sanitises the toothbrush by killing common bacteria present on the toothbrush head due to normal use. Simply open the UV sanitation lid and place the brush head inside so that the bristles face the lamp.

The bristles may need to be air-dried after completion. The brush should never come out wet as this allows microorganisms to thrive. If this occurs, place it back into the chamber and repeat the process; wait until sanitisation is fully complete before removing. You can sanitise the brush head after each use.
 

5. My toothbrush is not charging. What should I do?
