1. What is ABO Academy?

   ABO Academy is Amway’s new eLearning website designed to enhance the learning
   experience for ABOs with a fresh look, better user interface, and more engaging content.

2. Who is ABO Academy for?

   ABO Academy is currently available for all Amway Business Owners (ABOs) in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. It offers learning resources to help ABOs improve their knowledge and grow their business.
   
   Please note that Amway Privileged Customers (APCs) or Product Users are not granted access to the ABO Academy platform.

3. How do I access ABO Academy?

   You can access ABO Academy via the Amway website or Academy direct link. Simply log in with your Amway ID and password, then click on the “Academy” section to begin learning.

4. Can I access ABO Academy on mobile devices?

   Yes. ABO Academy can be accessed on mobile devices through both the web browser and the Amway+ App.

   While the Academy is mobile‑friendly and works on smartphones and tablets via your browser, we recommend using the Amway+ App for the best learning experience, improved navigation, and smoother course playback.

5. What languages are available in ABO Academy?

   For Malaysia & Brunei: ABO Academy offers courses in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (Simplified) based on availability and course type. Look for language options when selecting a course. 

   For Singapore: ABO Academy offers courses in English and Chinese (Simplified), depending on availability and course type. Look for language options when selecting a course.

6. How do I find courses relevant to my new downline’s stage of business? 

   You can easily find suitable courses for your new downline through the Course Catalogue in the Amway+ app. 

   Here’s how:

   ● Go to the Home page, or tap Explore to browse the full catalogue.

   ● Use the search bar to look up specific topics or keywords (example: New ABO, Selling Basics, Product Knowledge, Recruiting, etc.) 

   This makes it easier to match learning content to where your downline is in their business journey. 

    

7. Can I access the app/ABO Academy offline? 

   At this moment, offline access is not available, meaning courses cannot be downloaded for viewing without internet connection.

   However, don’t worry, this feature is planned for the near future, where you’ll be able to:

   ● Download courses, and 

   ● Watch them offline anytime

8. Where is my official record of completed training stored?

   Your official training history is saved directly in the Amway+ app.  

   To check your completed courses: 
   Homepage → My Learning → Completed

   You’ll be able to see your full learning record and track what you’ve already finished.

    

9. Will my learning progress be different between the ABO Academy Web and the Academy in Amway+?

   No worries, your learning progress is shared across both platforms. Any courses or learning records you complete on the ABO Academy Web will automatically sync with the Academy in the Amway+ app, so you can continue learning seamlessly wherever you are. 

10. What will happen to the eLearning platform?

    The previous eLearning platform is no longer accessible. All existing courses will be refreshed and progressively launched in phases on the new ABO Academy platform.

     

11. Will all old courses be available on ABO Academy at launch?

    No. Courses will be migrated phase by phase, based on priority and readiness. The full migration is expected to be completed by the Q4 of 2025.  

12. Can I still access the old platform? 

    The old eLearning platform is no longer available.
