IMPORTANT: What should I do when I receive a WhatsApp/email notifying me that my ESP payment has failed?

To proceed with your approved ESP application, your first monthly payment must be successfully completed. If the payment fails, you will receive notifications via WhatsApp and email, including a payment link. Alternatively, you may log in to amway.my, navigate to Order History > Pending Order, and click the "PAY NOW" button to reprocess the payment within three (3) calendar days. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of your ESP subscription.

For any failed payments from the second month onward, similar WhatsApp and email notifications with a payment link will be sent.

To update your credit card for recurring payments, please log in to amway.my and update your payment or card details accordingly.
