1. Overview

This article explains how to complete the subscription process to ESP through the Amway Malaysia website. It applies to all Malaysia ABOs (Amway Business Owners) and APCs (Amway Privilege Customers) who wish to subscribe to ESP, with approval based on the CTOS credit score.

 

2. Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Go to the ESP landing page and click “Jom Subscribe”.

 

Step 2: Upload the front and back images of your NRIC.

 

Step 3: Scroll down and confirm the registration/installation address.

 

Step 4: Click “Terms and Conditions” to read the agreement content before acknowledgement.

 

Step 5: You can view the agreement content and download a copy if necessary.

 

Step 6: Tick the checkbox and click “SUBSCRIBE NOW” to proceed.

 

Step 7: Select the channel to receive the OTP and click “SEND OTP”.

 

Step 8: Enter the OTP and click “NEXT”.

 

Step 9: Review the subscription information, then proceed to tokenize a payment card.

 

Step 10: Tokenize a Payment Card for subsequent payments.

 

Step 11: Perform a final review of the plan details and click “CONFIRM” to submit the application. 

 

Step 12: The system automatically navigates to the MY ESP details page upon successful submission.
