The ESP eSpring unit must be installed at the address stated in the ESP application. It cannot be relocated to another address without informing Amway. If you wish to relocate the unit to a different location, please complete the relocation form and submit to Customer Care.

The relocation charge will be RM150 for the new installation.

• You will receive a payment link via email (similar to the IHS process) upon request- The link is valid for 12 calendar days. You are required to dismantle the unit and bring it to the new location. The technician will then visit the new location to reinstall the unit.
