The AM50 Health Screening Pass (HSP) allows participants to attend a professional health screening as part of the Empowering 50,000 Lives campaign. The pass must be purchased first before attending the screening.

Health Screening Pass Overview

What is the AM50 Health Screening Pass?

The AM50 Health Screening Pass (HSP) is a paid pass that grants access to professional health screening conducted by Innoquest, the authorised vendor under the AM50 campaign.

Who Can Purchase the HSP & How Many

New ABO / APC

• RM10 for one (1) AM50 Health Screening Pass only
• One-time purchase only

Existing ABO / APC

• RM10 per AM50 Health Screening Pass
• Eligible to purchase one (1) HSP for every RM300 spent
• Multiple passes allowed based on qualifying spend

Each AM50 Health Screening Pass is valid for one (1) person only.
For husband & wife ABOship, two (2) passes are required if both wish to attend the screening.

Validity Period

• Valid for 90 calendar days from the date of purchase
• No extension is allowed past the expiry date
• Expired passes will be forfeited

What You Need to Do Before Screening

1. Purchase the AM50 Health Screening Pass:

• Existing ABOs & APCs: PWP with min purchase of RM300 & above of Amway products (exclusions apply)

• New Sign-Ups (ABOs & APCs): Purchase the AM50 Health Screening Pass (New Sign Up) (341856) via the Amway website. Don’t forget to use your eCoupon to get the special price. 

2. Complete the required pre-registration form.
3. Fast for 10–12 hours before attending the screening

How to Redeem Your Pass

1. Walk in to selected Innoquest branches nationwide
2. Present your AM50 Health Screening Pass (digital or printed).
3. Inform the staff that the test code is AMBSC
4. Present your Identification Card (IC) for verification

After the Screening

1. Look out for an email from Hive by Biomark within 24–48 hours after your health screening
2. Follow the instructions in the email to download and view your report via the Hive by Biomark App
3. Enter the Access Code from the email and your Identification Number (NRIC) to unlock the report
4. Refer to the Hive by Biomark App guide for step-by-step instructions on accessing your report

Terms & Conditions (Key Points)

• AM50 HSP must be purchased before attending screening
• One pass is valid for one person only. Husband & wife ABOship must purchase TWO (2) Health Screening Passes if both the husband and wife want to go for the health screening.
• No refund, exchange, replacement, or extension allowed
• Pass cannot be exchanged for cash
• Amway reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice
