Receiving the wrong, damaged, or short item in your delivery order can be frustrating, but don't worry! You can request a replacement by following the steps outlined below. Please note that requests for replacements must be made within 10 days from the date you receive the parcel to ensure prompt processing.

 

2. Step-by-Step Guide

  • For West Malaysia (Excludes Langkawi):
    You can submit an online return request directly through your account. This will initiate the process of returning the wrong item and arranging for a replacement to be sent to you.
  • For Other States/Brunei/Singapore:
    Please contact our Customer Care to report the issue. They will assist you accordingly.

 

3. Information Required

To ensure your replacement request is processed swiftly, please provide the following details when contacting Customer Service:

  • Order Number
  • Picture of the Items You Received – Include clear photos of the wrong or damage item you received.
