Amway+™ is a growing digital platform designed to support your Amway business.
In this first phase, the app gives you seamless access to ABO Academy, where you can learn, build skills, and stay informed through curated training content. More features — such as business tools and enhanced customer experiences — will be introduced in future updates to make Amway+ your central hub for learning, managing, and growing your business.
Amway+ empowers you to start strong today, while continuously evolving to support your business needs tomorrow.

Who can access the Amway+ App?
At this moment, the Amway+ App is designed specifically for Amway Business Owners (ABOs) with an Amway ID (login using email/mobile) to support their business needs.
⚠️ If you are still using your ABO number as your Amway ID username, you will need to create a new Amway ID using your email address or phone number.

Do I need a minimum pin level (e.g., Bronze, Silver) to access Amway+?
No, you don’t. All ABOs can access Amway+, regardless of qualification level.

Is the app available on iOS or Android? What are the minimum iOS and Android versions required to use the app?
Yes, Amway+ is available on both iOS and Android.
Minimum OS requirements:
● iOS: 17.0 and above
● Android: 9 and above
B. Sign-in & Account

What login should I use?
Use your Amway ID (email or mobile) to sign in to the Amway+ app.

I can’t log in with my ABO ID. What should I do?
Amway+ does not recognize ABO ID. The app only accepts Amway ID (login using your registered email or mobile number). If you don’t have an Amway ID yet, you’ll need to create one before you can access Amway+.

How do I reset my Amway ID password if I can't access Amway+?
On the Amway+ login screen, tap “Reset password”. Follow the steps accordingly to reset the password, where you can reset your Amway ID password and regain access.

C. Finding ABO Academy in the App

How do I find the ABO Academy within the Amway+ App?
Once you log in, you will see the ABO Academy directly on the main page/home screen. That’s the main training section available in the app.

Is ABO Academy available on web too?
Yes—ABO Academy can be accessed on the web via your browser. However, offline downloads are only supported in the Amway+ mobile app; the web version requires an internet connection. See downloads section below.
D. Roadmap & New Features

Will there be any features added in Amway+ such as Shop, My Biz?
Yes. Features like Shop, My Biz and others will be added in upcoming phases of Amway+. Stay tuned for updates.
E. Downloads & Offline Learning (App-only)
Tips: Course downloads and offline viewing are only supported in the Amway+ mobile app.

Which courses can I download?
Only courses that support offline viewing will show a Download button on the course page and a Download icon in list views. If a course doesn’t show these, it’s not downloadable.

Where are my downloads?
Go to My Learning → Downloads. If you haven’t downloaded anything yet, you’ll see “Nothing to see here. You don’t have any courses downloaded for offline viewing” and an Explore courses button to browse the catalog.

What happens when I’m fully offline?
You’ll see an offline message and a quick action to View Course Downloads. From there, you can open previously downloaded courses. Content that wasn’t downloaded won’t be accessible.

Can I download multiple courses at once?
Yes. You can download several courses in parallel (e.g., 2–3). Note: parallel downloads may take longer overall depending on your network.

Do downloads continue in the background?
Yes. Downloads continue if you switch apps (as long as the app isn’t force‑closed). You can also monitor progress from My Learning → Downloads and the course page.

How do I delete a download?
From the course page (or from the Downloads list by swiping left), delete the downloaded course. You’ll see Download deleted and an Undo option briefly.

Can I undo a deletion?
Yes—tap Undo while the notification is visible to restore the course.

Can I re‑download after deletion?
Yes. Deleted courses can be downloaded again anytime.

What if I log out and log back in?
Same ABO account: your downloads remain available (including offline).
Different ABO account: downloads linked to the previous account are removed for security/privacy.
Switching back to the original account: the previous downloads won’t reappear; please download again.

What will happen to my downloaded courses if I update the app?
Your downloads remain and are playable (including offline).

Why are some videos or PDFs unavailable offline even after I download the course?
Content hosted externally (e.g., YouTube videos or externally hosted PDFs) can’t be included in offline packages and will require internet connectivity. Course‑native videos/files are available offline.

If a course offers multiple languages, which language is downloaded?
The app downloads the language you select on the course page before tapping Download. Changing the app’s UI language does not change the language of an already downloaded course.

Will my learning progress sync after I reconnect?
Yes. Progress made offline is stored locally and automatically syncs when your device reconnects to the internet. You’ll see a confirmation message once syncing completes.

Why is my % progress not remembered in some courses?
For certain formats, only completion status syncs; mid‑course percentage may not be supported and will restart from the beginning when offline.
Tip: For the smoothest experience, download courses while on stable Wi‑Fi, keep the app open until the progress shows Completed, and periodically connect online to allow sync and updates to finish.

I don’t see the Download button on any course.
You might be viewing non‑downloadable content, or the feature isn’t enabled for that course.
Ensure you’re on the Amway+ mobile app (downloads aren’t supported on the web).

My downloads disappeared after I switched accounts.
For security reasons, downloads are tied to the signed‑in ABO account. If you sign in with a different ABO, the previous account’s downloads are removed and won’t reappear when you switch back—please download again.
