Why do I see the message “Request Failed” error?

If you encounter the "Request Failed" screen, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  • For Logging Account: Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then restart your browser before attempting to access the website again.
     
  • EPP Payments: If this error occurs during an EPP payment, ensure you are logged into the correct account that placed the EPP order (Ordering For). The payment must be processed by either the applicant or the co-applicant associated with that specific order.
