There are two ways to make payment for your repair orders. Please refer to the options below.

Option 1

Step 1: SMS/Email

You will receive a notification (SMS & Email) indicating that a payment is due for the service requested (Installation or In-Home Service). URL starts with:

Malaysia: https://www.amway.my

Singapore: https://www.amway.sg

Brunei: https://www.amway.com.bn

Step 2: Click on the URL and you will be navigated to the Checkout screen & Review all details displayed and click PAY NOW.

Step 3: Choose your payment option and complete the payment by clicking Pay Now.

Step 4: You will be redirected to the Order Confirmation page.

Option 2

Step 1: Order History page

Step 2: Select Order History from your account icon.

Step 3: Select order with pending payment.

Step 4: Click Pay Now to proceed to payment.
