Overview

A postbill request refers to a request to place an order for PV/BV adjustment purposes. The order is placed in the current month, while the PV/BV is adjusted to the required month where the qualification change is needed.

 

Purpose of Postbill Request

Postbill requests are mainly used for Pin Level qualification purposes and other PV/BV-related adjustment purposes. This process allows the PV/BV from an order placed in the current month to be adjusted to another required month.

 

Approval Requirement

All postbill requests are subject to approval from the LGS team. The adjustment can only be processed once approval has been obtained.

 

How to Request

For postbill adjustment requests, kindly contact our Customer Care team for further assistance and next steps.

To proceed with the request, please provide the required adjustment month and the reason for the postbill request. This information is needed for the Customer Care team to review the request and submit it for further approval by the LGS team.

 

Important Note

For postbill requests, the order date will remain unchanged. Only the PV/BV will be adjusted accordingly.

 

Example:

ABO places an order on 1st July 2026, but the PV/BV needs to be adjusted to June 2026 for Pin Level qualification purposes.

In this case, the order date will remain as 1st July 2026, while only the PV/BV will be adjusted to June 2026, subject to LGS team approval.
