APCs are allowed to convert to ABO via Amway website at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• APCs must complete the ABO registration process and pay the ABO sign-up fee.

• If an APC signs up as an ABO under a different sponsor/upline, a 1-month cooling-off period will apply.

• After completing the conversion process, the membership number will remain unchanged.

• For active APCs who convert, their new expiry shall be based on the conversion month, extending for one year from that month.

• For expired APCs who convert during the late grace period, their new expiry based on the original expiration month, extending for one year from that month.

• APCs must redeem all their AMPoints and eCoupons prior to conversion; otherwise, all AMPoints and eCoupons will be forfeited upon conversion to an ABO membership.
