ABOs are allowed to convert to APC via Amway website at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Conversion is permitted during the grace renewal period (6 months before or after the membership's expiry date)

• A 6-month inactivity period applies if the ABO signs up under a different sponsor.

• ABOs will need to complete the APC conversion process and pay the APC sign-up fee.

• After completing the conversion process, the membership number will remain unchanged.

• Their new expiry is based on the original expiration month, extending for one year.

• The ABO's LOS downlines will be passed up to the upline sponsor.
