Why do I need to verify my card every time I add item(s) into an existing ALP profile?

As part of our global policy to safeguard against fraudulent payments, a validation is required when adding and updating your credit card information in your profile page or when placing an ALP order. RM1/BND1 will be charged as part of the authentication process, however, rest assured this amount will be automatically refunded by the bank within 3 to 5 working days.
