What is Pick‑up Point (Self Collection)?

Pick‑up Point (Self Collection) is a delivery option that allows customers in West Malaysia to collect their orders from selected Pick‑up Points instead of having them delivered to a home or office address.
This option provides greater flexibility for ABO/APC who prefer to collect their orders at a convenient location and time.

When and how do I collect my order?

Once your order arrives at the selected Pick‑up Point:

• You will receive a notification informing you that the parcel is ready for collection
  You must collect the parcel within three (3) calendar days from the date of the notification

Note:
If the parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to Amway. Please contact Customer Care to arrange for a redelivery.
