"Pick-up point" is a delivery option that allows you to collect your parcel at a location near you, at a time that is convenient for you (within the operating hours of the pick-up point outlet).

Upon receiving the notification stating that the parcel is ready for collection at your selected pick-up point, you have three (3) calendar days to collect it.
