Why did I receive my order in separate deliveries?

Receiving your order in separate deliveries can happen for several reasons:

Stock Availability: [This is applicable for Malaysia only] Items in your order might be shipped from different warehouses or locations based on their availability. Some products may be in stock in one warehouse while others are in another, leading to multiple shipments. 

Weight and Size Restrictions: Large or heavy orders might be split into smaller, more manageable shipments to comply with shipping carrier regulations and to ensure safe delivery.

Backorders: If certain items are backordered or out of stock temporarily, the available items might be sent first, and the backordered items shipped when they become available.

Promotion Items: Certain promotion items that require special packaging might be shipped separately to ensure they arrive in good condition.
