Step 1: Go to Amway's website.

Malaysia: https://www.amway.my

Singapore: https://www.amway.sg

Brunei: https://www.amway.com.bn

Login to the website by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner.

Step 2: Click profile icon and select My Account.

Step 3: Click Profile Management.

Step 4: Click on Edit button to amend your details.

Information you can change yourself online includes:

i) Preferred name

ii) Preferred language

iii) Profile photo

iv) Contact information - including your mobile number, email address, mailing/billing address.

Note: If you would like to amend your full name, identification number, ethnicity/race or gender. please Submit a Request along with the necessary supporting documents:

Document required:

1. Identification copy (front & back)

2. Birth certificate - (For Ethnicity/Race changes).
