My order is under the 'To Pay'. Why?

If your order is under the 'To Pay' tab, it means that payment has not been completed yet. If your payment is successful, your order will be confirmed as normal. If your payment is unsuccessful, you may retry your payment again after 75 minutes.

Note: Any unpaid order will be automatically cancelled by the end of the day. Please complete the payment to proceed with your order before it is cancelled. If you have any issues, you can contact our customer service.
