Requirements:

A) Ensure the credit voucher is in active status and has not been partially or fully redeemed for any new order.
B) Ensure the credit voucher belongs to you and is available in your account.

If your credit voucher meets the above requirements, please reach out to our Customer Service or Submit a Request to us with the following information:
i) Your Name & Membership Number
ii) Credit Voucher #
iii) Reason for converting the credit voucher to a bank transfer
