Credit vouchers can only be redeemed by the ABO or APC who owns the voucher, and they must log into their own Amway account to do so. Upline members are unable to redeem downline credit vouchers on behalf of others. 

To redeem the voucher, guide the ABO or APC to log into their Amway account using their Amway ID and place the order. They can redeem the credit voucher on the payment page; after clicking "Proceed to Order" on the shopping cart page.
