How Long Does the System Take to Unfreeze My Coupons?

If your eCoupon status shows as "Freezed", it means it has already been applied to an order that is pending payment either in Open Order or Pending Order tab.

 

What Happens Next

  • If your order is still under Open Order, please wait for about 30 minutes.
  • After that, the order will automatically move to Pending Order tab, where the “Pay Now” button will become available for you to retry the payment.
  • Once the payment is successful, your eCoupon status will automatically update to “Redeemed.”
     

If no payment is made, the system will automatically cancel the order the next morning and release your coupon, making it available for use again.
