🚚 Delivery Lead Time

Amway implements a strict 60-day delivery lead time for all products directly shipped by Dreamland, Gintell, or Pentair, as well as any future VDS products not specifically listed.

Important Delivery Information:
Customers purchasing these products must arrange delivery within 60 days from the purchase date. Any undelivered orders will be automatically cancelled by Amway after 60 days. A cancellation penalty of 50% of the product’s AP price will apply, and the remaining 50% will be refunded to the customer.

Reminder Process:

 

The first reminder will be sent if delivery is not arranged within 30 days from the purchase date.
final reminder will be issued before the 60-day deadline, after which the order will be automatically cancelled.
