Beware of counterfeit products! Learn how to avoid being a victim. Share this with your community to spread awareness.

Amway Business Owners (ABOs) are the only authorised sellers of Amway products.

When you purchase from an unauthorised seller, AMWAY WILL NOT:

  • Guarantee the authenticity and/or quality of the product
  • Accept product returns
  • Accept complaints about product-related issues
  • Be responsible for any dispute over transactions between you and the unauthorised seller and/or the unauthorised platform
  • Apply the 90-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on your purchase

When you buy from an ABO:

  • You will receive personalised services (including free consultation and recommendations, free demonstrations, etc.)
  • You are being serviced by someone you know and trust
  • Amway will honour the Amway 90-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and Manufacturer’s Warranty
  • You will receive info/advice on product(s) and usage from a knowledgeable ABO
  • You will receive new, authentic, and quality product(s) that have been properly transported and stored

Buying Amway products from any unauthorised sellers puts consumers at risk of receiving products that have been:

  • Unsealed
  • Spoiled
  • Counterfeit
  • Out-of-date
  • Secondhand
  • Damaged
  • Altered
