⚠️Note: This is applicable for West Malaysia only. [Excludes Langkawi]

1. Raise a request via Amway website.

Step 1: Click on the profile icon

Step 2: Select Order History

Step 3: Select the order you wish to Return and Refund/Replacement

Step 4: Click on the Refund/Replacement option

Step 5: Select the item and quantity that you wish to return.

Step 6: Choose the return reason

Refund reason code Replacement reason code
I'm not satisfied with the product My order is short of a few quantities
My order is short of a few quantities I received the wrong product
I received the wrong product My items were damaged upon delivery
My items were damaged upon delivery My items were leaking
My items were leaking  
I would like to return the product unused

Step 7: Upload a picture [if required]

Step 8: Review your delivery address and confirm it prior to submission. [For replacement]

Step 9: Review the Replacement/Refund summary & Submit your request.

 

2. Pack the product 📦

Pack the product in its original packaging before you drop it off at the drop off point. This includes a carton box [if any] or additional packaging to protect the product.

PACKAGING GUIDELINES

External packaging External packaging
All parcels must have external packaging that covers 100% of exposed area (e.g. carton box, polymailer). For Ninja Packs, the goods must strictly fit in the polymailer. Misuse of Ninja Packs (i.e. taping a Ninja Pack on a large carton box) will result in penalties and/or Return to Sender.
Internal packaging Internal packaging
Package should be packed tightly and snugly. If not, please fill up the empty spaces in-between
(with paper, packing foam, etc.)
Empty areas Empty areas
All packaging must be tight and snug. If not, please fill with filling materials. (e.g. styrofoam ball)
Transport handling Transport handling
The Ninja Pack should be able to withstand normal impact of transport handling. For parcel with sensitive exteriors (e.g. gift boxes), please ensure they are shrink or bubble-wrapped and packed in another cardboard box.
Ninja Packs drop-off points Fragile items
All fragile items must be wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap before prepacked in an extra protective layer (i.e. solid carton box). A minimum of 8cm of bubble wrap protection is recommended. 
Bottle and Liquids Bottles and liquids
When sending liquor, wine or any other bottled items, please ensure they are bubble-wrapped and packed in a plastic bag to prevent spillage.
Tracking label Tracking label
Each Ninja Packs must have a unique tracking label. If, for any reason, you are required to print a new tracking label, please make sure to paste it on top of the original one.
Real-time tracking Clothing
Ensure all pieces of clothing are neatly folded and packed to minimise crumpling or wrinkling during the delivery process.
Electronic device Electronic devices
Ensure that all electronic devices are powered off, and batteries should be removed from devices if possible.
Address label Shipping label
To ensure smooth sort and delivery of your parcel, please make sure that your exterior, or packaging, does not have any old addresses or tracking labels.

 

3. Shipping Label 🧾

Print out your shipping label and attach it to the carton. If you have two parcels for a single return order, you may generate a second shipping label.

Note: Up to five (5) shipping labels can be generated per return.

 

4. Drop off the parcel 🚚

Proceed to drop off the return parcel at the nearest Ninjavan drop-off point within five (5) calendar days from the return creation.
