  • You can download the Healthy Home App from 1 Aug 2024 from the Apple AppStore and Google PlayStore. The healthy Home App works on Android 9 and above; on IOS 14 and above. 

  • There are 2 types of users for the app. After connecting and pairing with the product/s (old and new eSpring, Atmosphere SKY/Mini), Primary Users (product owner) can register the warranty of their product and have full control of the usage of the product. On the other hand, Secondary Users (product owner’s family members and friends) can interact with their product/s the following ways:

    • For eSpring: Monitor product usage & receive push notification.

    • For Atmosphere SKY/Mini: Control fan speed, set usage schedule & receive push notification.

    Primary Users need to connect and pair with the product/s before the Secondary Users can do so with the same product.

  • You can login into the app using your Amway ID (email).

  • • The new Amway Healthy Home app is the only way to monitor your New eSpring (as well as your Atmosphere™ Air Treatment Systems) at home or away.

    • The app is designed with users in mind. It is intuitive and easy to understand. You can check filter status, water usage, and air quality, order filters, and more. The app also provides software updates, product information, how-to videos, and more. By downloading the app and registering your New eSpring, you will also activate the product warranty.
