Step 1: Select your current market location.

Step 2: Select your preferred language and tap on “Confirm Language”.

Step 3: Read through the terms & conditions and tap on “Agree".

  • Step 1: Tap on “Sign Up” if you want to create your Amway ID.

    Step 2: Select country and enter your mobile number or email address and password.

    Step 3: Enter your verification code sent to mobile/email.

  • Sign In with your Amway ID & password

    Step 1: In the welcome screen, tap on “Login”

    Step 2: Enter your Amway ID & password.

Step 4: Allow access permissions for the app and hit “Continue”.

Step 5: To get started, tap on the “Add Device” button.

Step 6: Select the device you wish to connect and tap on “Continue”.

Step 7: Read through the instructions and hit on "Start” to begin

Step 8: Give the app a moment to search for your device

Step 9: Your phone will pair with the device once connected

Step 10: Select a Wi-Fi network you wish your device to connect to

⚠ Read through the instructions and retry again if unsuccessful

If the connection fail,

i. Give the app a moment to connect to your device via Bluetooth

ii. If no device is found, you can tap on the get help button for assistance or retry

Step 11: Key in your Wi-Fi password and hit “Confirm”.

Step 12: Your device is connected to the network.

Step 12: Tap on your device location & click Assign device, Type in your current location and click on Confirm Location.

Step 13: Select a location name or add your preferred custom name.
