To check your EPP installment date, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to Amway's website.

Malaysia: https://www.amway.my

Singapore: https://www.amway.sg

Brunei: https://www.amway.com.bn

Click on the log in icon then select Login.

Step 2: Click on the Log in Icon.

Step 3: Select Order History.

Step 4: Click on the All Orders dropdown and select EPP Orders.

Step 5: Select the EPP order

Step 6: Go to the Payment Details tab

Step 7: Your EPP installment information will display as shown below

A) Payment Id: Unique identifier number for each payment installment.

B) Payment Method: Tokenized information of your card used for the payments.

C) Installment: Installment number out of the total installments (e.g., 1/4 for the first of four) along with the scheduled payment date.

D) Payment Status: Current status of each installment (e.g., PAID, SCHEDULED or PENDING).

E) Payment Date: The date when the payment for the installment is made.

F) Amount: The amount due for each installment.
