  • CTOS is Malaysia’s leading Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) under the purview of the Registrar Office of Credit Reporting Agencies, Ministry of Finance and regulated under the Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010.

  • Within 3 business days.

  • Click on the link given in your Email or SMS.

    • Step 1: Enter Your Details.
      Fill in the required information.

      Step 2: Upload Your IC.
      Submit both the front and back of your identification card.

      Step 3: Sign Up Complete.
      Your account is now successfully registered.

    • Step 1: Log in.
      Access your CTOS account by logging in.

      Step 2: Grant Consent.
      Review your details and provide consent.

      Step 3: Consent Granted.
      Your consent has been successfully submitted.

  • Co-applicant (excluding foreigner) needs to provide CTOS consent for EPP application.

  • The pending EPP application will be cancelled and you need to resubmit the new EPP application via PPM

  • No. You do not need to pay any charges.

  • No. You will not receive CTOS report after providing consent. This CTOS report is solely for Amway’s internal use.

  • This is Amway's internal standard procedure to evaluate the creditworthiness of applicants prior to approving the EPP facility.
