How to Change Your Tokenized Card for ALP

1. Overview

ABOs and APCs can update their tokenized card for the Amway Loyalty Programme (ALP) directly through the Amway website. This allows you to replace an expired card, change banks, or add a new card for recurring auto-debit.

 

2. Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Go to the Amway Website

Malaysia: https://www.amway.my
Singapore: https://www.amway.sg
Brunei: https://www.amway.com.bn

Login by clicking the profile icon at the top right corner.

 

Step 2: Select “My ALP

Click your Profile Icon and select My ALP from the dropdown.

 

Step 3: Select Your ALP Profile

If you have multiple ALP profiles, select the one you want to update.

 

Step 4: Click the Edit (Pencil) Icon

 

Step 5: Click “Change Card

 

Step 6: Select or Add a Card

You have two options:

  • Select an existing saved card, or
  • Click Add New Card to register a new one.

 

Step 7: Enter New Card Details

Fill in your card information and click SAVE.

 

Step 8: Approve the Bank Authorization

Approve the request via your bank’s mobile app when prompted.

 

Step 9: Card Successfully Updated

Your new tokenized card is now saved for ALP auto-debit.

 

3. Additional Tips

  • Only credit and debit cards are supported for ALP auto-renewal.
  • If using a debit card, ensure your bank allows auto-debit / recurring transactions from Amway.
  • Contact your bank if auto-debit is blocked or not authorized.
  • Failed authorization will prevent your ALP renewal from processing.
