1. Overview
ABOs and APCs can update their tokenized card for ongoing Easy Payment Plan (EPP) instalments. This is required when your card expires, you switch banks, or you need to add a new card for recurring deductions.
2. Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Go to the Amway Website
Malaysia: https://www.amway.my
Singapore: https://www.amway.sg
Brunei: https://www.amway.com.bn
Login by clicking the profile icon at the top right corner.
Step 2: Select “Order History”
Click your Profile Icon and select Order History.
Step 3: Select “EPP Orders”
Click All Orders and choose EPP Orders from the dropdown list.
Step 4: Choose the EPP Order
Select the EPP order for which you want to change the tokenized card.
Step 5: Select Card
You have two options:
- Select an existing saved card (if multiple cards are available), or
- Click Add New Card to register a new card.
Step 6: Enter New Card Details
Fill in your card information and click ADD NEW CARD.
Step 7: Approve the Authorization
Approve the request through your bank’s mobile app when prompted.
Step 8: Tokenized Card Successfully Updated
Once approved, your new tokenized card will be updated for EPP instalment auto-debit.
