Why Is My Account Blocked (Login Denied, Unverified Information, Negative Bonus, Violation of Terms of Service)

🔒 What “Account Block” Means

When your account gets blocked, it means certain permissions — such as ordering, logging in or Easy Payment Plan [EPP] service — have been temporarily or permanently disabled. This may affect ordering, accessing your profile, or other membership functions until the block is resolved.

 

Reasons for Account Block

  1. Login Denied

Reason for Block:

â–¸ If you are receiving a "Login Denied" message, it could be due to incorrect login credentials (Amway ID/Username), or membership expired.

 

What You Should Do:

â–¸ If your membership is expired and exceeds the renewal grace period, you needs to rejoin again as a NEW ABO or APC.

â–¸ If you've forgotten your Amway ID/Username, reach out to Customer Service to retrieve your Amway ID.

 

  1. Incomplete account information / KYC or documentation issue

Reason for Block:

â–¸ Your account may be blocked if your personal information is incomplete. This can also occur if details like Name or Identification numbers is incorrect.

 

What You Should Do:

â–¸ Complete Your KYC: Log in to your account and provide the necessary identification documents (e.g., Identification ID or Passport) and reach out to Customer Service to update.

â–¸ Check for Missing Information: Make sure all fields in your account profile are completed, such as your name, address, contact details & bank information.

â–¸ Contact Support: If you believe all your details are correct, reach out to Customer Service to resolve the issue and get your account unblock.

 

  1. Negative Bonus

â–¸ Reason for Block:

A "Negative Bonus" may occur if there is a discrepancy in your account, such as failed payments, return of product or PV/BV adjustment that affect your account balance or bonus.

 

What You Should Do:

â–¸ Review Your Account: Check for any missed payments in your order history that might have caused the negative bonus or any product return is performed could be yours or your downline.

â–¸ Clear Outstanding Balances: If there are any unpaid dues, clear them to under Negative Bonus to unblock your account

Reach out Customer Service: If you’re unsure of the reason for the negative bonus, 

 

  1. Violation of Amway policies

â–¸ Reason for Block:

If your account is blocked due to a violation of the Amway policies, it could be because of fraudulent activity, misuse of the membership, online selling, or breaching rules.

 

â–¸ What You Should Do:

Review the Amway Policy: Familiarize yourself with the Rules of Conduct to understand what activities may have led to the block.

To appeal Block: Reach out to customer service with your explanation and any evidence you have to show your compliance with the terms.

 

âś… General Tips for Avoiding Account Blocks:

  1. Use the Username with Your Updated Mobile Number or Email Address: Ensure that your username is linked to an updated mobile number or email address. This will make it easier to recover your account if you've forgotten your password. 
  2. Keep Information Updated: Ensure that your personal information, including Name details, identification number, contact details and bank account number is up to date.
  3. Follow the Rules: Stay informed and compliant with the Terms of Service to avoid any violations that may result in account suspension.
  4. Monitor Account Activity: Regularly monitor your account for any unusual activity and report it to customer support promptly.
