If you mistakenly placed an order with the wrong volume down, you may send us the change request to amend it. This only can be done if the order and request for a volume change are made within the same month and are subject to approval.

 

2. Step-by-Step Guide

To request a change in the volume down for your order, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Connect with our Customer Care to send your request.
  • Step 2: Provide the following required information:

∘ Order Number

∘ Wrong Volume ABO/APC Information

∘ Correct Volume Down ABO/APC Information

∘ Reason for the Change

 

3. Troubleshooting / FAQs

Q: Can I change the volume down for any month's order?

A: Changes can only be made if the request is submitted within the same month as the order and is subject to approval.

Q: After my request is approved, can I view the changes under my order information?

A: No, since this is a manual change, you will see the order information will remain with the original ABO. Only the PV/BV will be adjusted and transferred to the correct ABO. The changes will not appear in the order details.
