Step 1: Go to the Amway Website

Malaysia: https://www.amway.my
Singapore: https://www.amway.sg
Brunei: https://www.amway.com.bn

Login by clicking the profile icon at the top right corner.

Step 2: Click on the Menu icon.

Step 3: Select Business Centre.

Step 4: Click on "MyBiz"

Step 5: Select the Menu icon from MyBiz

Step 6: Select "Action Reports"

Step 7: Click on "Birthdays > View Report"

Step 8: Now you can view your downline's birthday information

• Q: What if I can’t find my downline’s birthdays?
  A: The Birthday report only shows active downlines with birthdays in the current month. If a downline is inactive or their birthday falls in a different month, it will not appear in the list.

  A: No, this feature is only available for viewing your downline’s birthdays.
